You get the price before we start. If we find something else, we stop and call.

Who is behind the name on the van
Harrier Plumbing is a small Katy company, two vans and the people who drive them. The work is residential service: the leak, the drain, the water heater, the repipe on the older houses west of the Grand Parkway. You get a price before the work starts, a person on the phone after hours, and the old parts if you want to see them.

Questions people ask before they call
Do you charge to come out?
There is a trip charge, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair. We tell you the number on the phone.
What happens if I call at night?
After 6 the line forwards to whoever is on call. A person answers. If it can wait until morning we will say so, and if it cannot we come out.
Can I look up your license?
Yes. The master plumber license number is on the van and on every invoice, and the state board publishes the register.
Do you do commercial work?
Small commercial, yes: restaurants, offices, small retail. We do not do new construction.
